We monitor every aspect of your network and report on every area available to us.

We have software that will monitor everything from WMI, to Windows Event Viewer, to custom text log file parsing.

We will proactively find errors and create support tickets based on hundreds of predefined error messages that are common on an un-managed network.

If you have a machine with disk I/O errors we will spot it and investigate BEFORE it becomes a serious problem - typically saving you from data loss and lost productivity.

We monitor many aspects of the Windows workstations and servers like:

What This MeansIn your monthly service package we include all types of monitoring.  We have technicians that will get alerts when a number of things happen.  There are levels of technical depth to the alerts, and the higher your package the more advanced alerting and monitoring we will provide.

For example; in a basic package we probably wouldn't setup a monitor for a custom 3rd party text-based logfile.  This type of feature is not important to a lot of companies that are opting for the smaller packages.
