If we need to get support, login to the admin.microsoftonline.com url - as admin, make a ticket, call MS, tell them your name is the same that's on the admin account, give reference number

1. https://mocp.microsoftonline.com/site/default.aspx where the owner 'live' account can buy services
2. http://admin.microsoftonline.com - where an 'admin user' can manage the services
3. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=139703&clcid=0x409 (my company portal - to activate a user)

5. https://red001.mail.microsoftonline.com - mobile URL (real webmail URL)

iPhone:

1. Settings, Mail, Add Account – EXCHANGE

2. Your email = your full email address

3. Your name = your name

4. Domain = leave BLANK

5. Your password = we send to you

6. Press Next

7. It will ask for the SERVER NAME: red001.mail.microsoftonline.com

8. It will ask if you want to sync contacts/calendar/mail – yes on ALL – it will then ask if you want to leave contacts on your phone, yes you do, it will make duplicates, but when you remove the ‘old’ exchange account, those contacts will come off the phone

Android:

1. Settings, Accounts and Sync, Add account- EXCHANGE

2. Full email

3. Password

4. (make default checkbox)

5. Domain = leave blank

6. Server name: red001.mail.microsoftonline.com

7. Tell it you DO want to sync contacts/calendar/etc – it does it intelligently without duplicates.
